Rev. Wiley Drake: Praying President Obama die
I’ve said it repeatedly: These conservative Right idiots have lost their damn minds; they’re pissy mad the president is black. Now, once again, this book of scribbles (da Bible) is being used to insight killing; now it’s being used to kill the president of the United States.
I predict the good Rev. Drake will have a joyous time in the Lawd talking to the secret service and FBI!
Drake got a call from Alan Colmes of Fox News Radio about his comments about (praying for the death of abortion doctor: Dr. George Tiller). In a broadcast interview, Colmes asked if there is anyone else was the subject of Drake’s imprecatory prayers. According to this story from Associated Baptist Press, here’s what followed:
“‘The usurper that is in the White House is one, B. Hussein Obama,’ Drake said.
(usurper: to seize and hold a position, office, or power by force or without legal right.)
“Later in the interview, Colmes returned to Drake’s answer to make sure he heard him right.
“‘Are you praying for his death?’ Colmes asked.
“‘Yes,’ Drake replied.
“‘So you’re praying for the death of the president of the United States?’
“‘Yes.
“Colmes asked Drake if he was concerned that by saying that he might be placed on a Secret Service or FBI watch list, and if he believed it appropriate to talk or pray that way.
“‘I think it’s appropriate to pray the Word of God,” Drake said. ‘I’m not saying anything. What I am doing is repeating what God is saying, and if that puts me on somebody’s list, then I’ll just have to be on their list.”
“‘You would like for the president of the United States to die?’ Colmes asked once more.
“‘If he does not turn to God and does not turn his life around, I am asking God to enforce imprecatory prayers that are throughout the Scripture that would cause him death, that’s correct.’”

What a sick and sadistic monster. I truly believe that this people are terrorists in our midst…And if they were dark skinned and from the middle east they would be rounded up.

People should not worry about Drake’s prayers (really curses) God doesn’t hear them anyway. Look at all the people he has prayed “imprecatory” prayers against. I only know of one that has died. So what was that? Coincidence. He has urged praying the wrath of God on the Buena Park city council, IRS, an organization promoting separation of Church and state and possibly others. His batting average is way below random chance. His view of the Bible regarding this kind of prayer is pure foolishness. It is not scriptural and he should know better and be ashamed of himself. He is an embarrassment to Christians. He loves getting attention. In my view the best thing is to ignore him and hope he will go away.
